The international partnership of PA training centers was set up.
The educational-methodological center “Our Sphere” of the Kamchatka PA Association participated in the international scientific – and – practical seminar of the specialists of training centers of reserve management and studies, held in the end of November 2009 in the Ukrainian town Kanev, on the basis of Kanevsky reserve. The aim of the seminar was to discuss potential scenarios of development of cooperation of training centers for PA of the central Eurasia and exchange of experience. Necessity of such a meeting has been felt for a long time. In spite of the fact that in four counties of CIS – Russia, Kazakstan, Ukraine, Belarus – at least one training center for PA was created and is sustainably functioning (in Russia there are two centers: in Moscow and in Kamchatka), on-line cooperation between them was established.

 A feeling, that, doing one business, performing the same tasks and having the same problems, the training centers, however, do not maintain communication and exchange information, suggested the need of organization of cooperation. Participants of the seminar learned about the experience of training centers of Kanevsky (Ukraine) and Beresinsky (Belarus) reserves, educational – and – methodological center “Our Sphere” of the Kamchatka PA Association in the aspect of training of specialists for PA, licensing, educational activities planning, quality check of training, application of mew methods and development of partnership links. The project of development of the network of educational – and  - methodological centers of Northern Eurasia and signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation in the sphere of organization and conducting of trainings for heightening of qualification of PA staff has become the important result of the seminar.
